All you have to do is simply lay down fully clothed and relax while Reiki is given via laying on hands on your or above your body. The Service of Green Reiki are teachings, sessions and hopefully inspiration.
Isma is known for her unique way of teaching that is tailored to the individuals with love and fun. Often her seminars are held in natural eviroments like forest or park if weather permitting it.She also teaches in “your home” if that is wished for. Seminars are held either one to one, or in small groups with up to 3 people. There is a possibility of Green Reiki group meetings with up to 5 people.
