What is magic?
Is it the wonder of a rainbow at the sky? A beautiful flower in blossom radiating its fragrance for us to feel enchanted? Walking in the light of the moon with the stars above? Seeing a stranger smiling at you in the middle of a city? Magic is in the air we breathe the water we drink the earth we stand on, the warmth of the fire. It is within us, and around us. It is beyond us. Magic is to live life in a self-responsible way accepting that we are divine beings a part of all creation.
Magic is also known as the knowledge of the flow of the returning tide. In the sea of consciousness and experience.
What does this mean?
Whatever you send out in words or actions will come back to you. We create our own reality out of our thoughts, experiences, feelings and actions which played out in our life. If we believe that, than we would have to come to the point that all suffering of people is self created as well. In fact it is that we create or reality and the reality of others too. We are active beings talking and being involved with many humans in our daily life. We are a part of a society no matter where we live and what we do. I can hear some people saying: I always do this, but my life is just as it is and it seems that nothing is going better with positive thoughts and actions. In those moments it is even more important to use positive visualization and the feeling how you would like to have the situation. In doing so our situation will change after a little while.
Another important thing is to put our attention on the positive things on the result we want to gain and not the situation as it is. In doing so we are opening us for the new energy of the result we want to achieve. If we acknowledge that we can sow spiritual seeds through our thoughts and actions at the place were we are and what we do, our harvest will be full of abundance. To sow these seeds blessing is a wonderful way. Forgiving all what is happened to others and us and yet do what we need to do. Having gratitude in all what we do and experience. We do not have to say blessed be to everybody we meet or see, a pure smile a lovingly word can do so much. In our hearts we can bless all what is there.
Have you ever noticed how a smile can change the atmosphere? What a loving touch can do at the right time and place? Sometimes a little wonderful story can lift up the spirit of many people. A song which is sung at the right time and place. Sometimes birds will do it in the nature and will lift up all the energy around them. The idea behind Blessings is in the believe that there is a beneficial force in the universe and if we connect us with this force Blessings will bring positive benefit to others and ourselves. This force can be called Goddess/God/Great Spirit. In believing in this great force wisdom and power is gained for the goodness of all. Love can conquer all.A real Blessings is always given in the trust to this force and without attachment of receiving. An attachment of receiving is another way of the ego, of not letting go and grow. This is not a superficial way and on this path we will find helpers.
In magic we often can find wonderful helpers in the plant kingdom and animal kingdom. As we are all living on this planet called earth and in ancient believes it is said that we are all on a journey so the animals and plant are as well. They are only different beings created from the same Great Spirit we came from and in acknowledging this as your little friends and as divine beings they are more than happy to help us on our path. Each one of them has different “skills” to offer. In respect of their friendships and blessings their medicine will be very powerful. To thank and bless them in return is creating a wonderful circle of love and friendship. It is also good to help them through projects. Like planting trees, donating money to a rescue centre and much more.
I can hear now some are saying. Well, I do that all my life, but it does not work. I don’t seem to get what I want and my life does not change into the direction as I would want it to be. I want good things to happened and obey the laws of the free will and yet nothing seems to happened.
Many times we forget about the Oneness ,that we are all linked together in the web of life. The trust to the Higher Power which some call Great Spirit, Goddess/Good is vital for us, as this is showing that we do know how to work with the Oneness.
In trusting we know that all is already given what we are wishing for. To know this is to feel happy about it , full of joy and having this energy around us all the time. Every tought is a prayer to the Universe Great Spirit and every action is an act of demonstration of how we are allowing the UniversE. to manifest our prayers. Can you believe that your dreams are coming true ? Do you feel that it is already given ? Have you ever noticed that sometimes if you pray the sun comes out behind the clouds ?
This can be the sun in our outside world or in your inside world .. Great Spirit is blessing you affirming you.
Many people do not notice and being not aware that your inner or outer enviroment is responding on how you feel and think. Sometimes it may help to raise your vibration in chanting inside yourself again and again : Thank you that I am healed, or whatever you have been wishing for. In this you are opening your doors for receiving it in the material world. It like a bit like waiting for the postman to come to deliver your parcel. You need to be at home to receive it and if you are not as you are doubting all or keep out sending the thought I wish I could have this ..
The wish will remain and not much is going to happened. Being at home means the trust and thankfulness is within you in your daily life and in all your actions. …
What do you truly wish for?
Wishes can be curse or a blessing. We need to know what we truly want and it is important to wish for the right thing in harmony with all that is. If you wish for a new car .. have you thought about mother earth ? Wish for a car which is environmentally friendly and not pollution all that is. Be thankful if it is there and use it with care as long as it can last, as every single thing on this planet is only a gift from other resources. Giving and taking needs to be in balance. In some old traditions we had to give a gift to someone after our wish had been fulfilled. Donate to a charity give to someone who needs something. It is a circle and we are all in this circle of Oneness.
