I came across the 12 steps through a dear friend, that told me that he is a member of AA.
Before that I had no real idea what AA had been about. When we talked about the 12 steps and the meaning of it , it became very clear to me that many spiritual path do include the 12 steps just under a different name. I went through the 12 steps in my spiritual teaching several times only under a different name. However I do think that spiritual growth always goes with the concept of the 12 steps.
Hopefully in the future my friend will post some articles related to the 12 steps in this blog.
